SMS and WhatsApp templates
SMS and WhatsApp templates are simpler, text-based templates — built for channels where the message body is plain text (or, on WhatsApp, structured message content) rather than full HTML.
- SMS templates are plain text, reused across single sends and campaigns.
- WhatsApp templates can go beyond plain text where the channel supports it, including richer message types like buttons and lists — useful for interactive replies rather than a flat block of text.
