Worry-Free Sending
A fully managed service: upload the list, write the message and pay, and the Mersal team runs the campaign on our own infrastructure — no gateway to connect and no plan to subscribe to.
Most people who want to send a campaign do not want to become a systems administrator. Worry-Free Sending exists for exactly them: no gateway to connect, no number to protect, no plan to subscribe to. You upload your list, write your message and pay a known final price, and the Mersal team executes it on our numbers and our infrastructure.
When to choose it
One urgent campaign
You have a list and a campaign today, and no time to set up gateways and warm numbers.
You would rather not risk your number
Sending happens on Mersal's infrastructure, so your own number is not part of the equation at all.
No plan commitment
You pay for this campaign only, at a price calculated and shown to you before payment.
A non-technical team
The whole screen is: list, message, pay. No settings and no jargon.
How an order moves
Create the order
Pick the channel (WhatsApp, SMS or Telegram), upload the recipient list, and write the message body.
Get the quote
Mersal calculates a final price from the channel and the recipient count and shows it to you before any commitment.
Pay
After payment the order enters the review queue. The review window is stated on the service page.
We review and run it
Our team reviews the message and the list, then runs the campaign on our own infrastructure at a controlled pace.
Follow the timeline
The order page shows every step — quote, payment, execution start, delivery — alongside the results report.
Supported channels
- WhatsApp — including orders executed through the WhatsApp Cloud API. Those go out as a Meta-approved template, with the template's variables mapped to your list data.
- SMS — through Mersal's own sending pool.
- Telegram — the same mechanism at a lower message cost.
Changing channel after payment
If a different channel turns out to suit the order better, a paid order can be moved to another channel before sending starts. The price difference is settled, and the list is re-read against the new channel's rules.
What can be sent
The managed engine sends text messages. Media and attachments are not part of this service — if you need images, buttons or a product catalogue, the right path is connecting your own gateway and using unified campaigns.
One message per order
Each order carries a single message body, sent to the whole list. If you want two different wordings for two audiences, that is two orders and not one.
Follow-up and retries
Undelivered messages are not abandoned: the system retries them under a managed resend mechanism, and the final outcome shows in the order's report. The order timeline records only meaningful events — it does not fill up with the same status repeated.
Limits and terms
The per-order size limit, the review window and the service terms are all shown on the service page because they are adjustable from the admin panel. If your order is larger than the published limit, talk to us.
